We wish to inform you about an important update regarding the management of your .my domains. Currently, domain management for .my domains is exclusively handled by the domain registrant or the Technical Contact through the MYNIC SELFCARE PORTAL.

We're excited to share news regarding the transfer of domain management for your domain(s) from MYNIC to Voice & Data Technology Sdn Bhd.

Effective 29 August 2025, partner will gain access to additional services through our Reseller Panel. These services include domain registration, renewal, contact information modification, nameserver modification, and DNSSEC service.

Should you still require an end-user portal like the SELFCARE PORTAL for domain management, we are pleased to offer our end-user portal "https://wam.manage.name/". Before retrieving the end-user portal login details, it's essential to confirm that the registrant account username belongs to you.

To facilitate a seamless transition during the mentioned period, we highly recommend renewing your domain before the transition commences. Moreover, for any registration, contact, or DNS modification requests related to .my domains during the transition period, please send them to domain@voicedata.com.my. This approach will help streamline the process and ensure effective fulfillment of your domain management requirements.

Please be aware that starting from April 4th, 2024, clients will no longer be able to access any domains via the MYNIC SELFCARE PORTAL. Instead, all domain management activities will be conducted through reseller panel and end-user portal.
